As we boarded the subway in the underground of Mexico City, the cramp feeling and limiting seating became overwhelming. Eventually we were able to find seats able to fit us all, including the band Technicolor Fabrics. With an inception that started as far back as 2007, their formation as a band was always known as a right place, right time situation. Comprised of Dan (keyboards), Yogui (guitar), Joako (bass), JP (vocals), and Abraham (drums), their contrasting backgrounds in musical styles all come together to bring a refreshing new sound that is almost soothing yet powerful. To the point where it makes a cramped train ride feel like a peaceful ride along the rails. As the train took off, the band began. Encore Sessions presents Technicolor Fabrics with their amicable performance of “Singapur”.
